This is my very first post!
I would like to thank @Dark Byte for such a great software tool CE, and also to the supportive forum members!
Anyways, I am trying to refresh my programming skills and have chosen Bookworm Adventures (vol 2) as my test subject.
My main goal is to automate the entire game just for fun, however, I am starting to pull my hairs on what I am trying to find!
What I am trying to find is the memory location (the green address if possible) of the 4x4 alphabet tiles [see attached screenshot for reference].
Value Types I have tried for searching are:
- String (Codepage un/checked, Case sensitive un/checked)
- Byte (Hex checked)
- Array of byte (Hex checked)
Patterns that I have tried are:
- searching the value of the upper right alphabet tile (1 tile) [or any single tile].
- searching the values by pair (2 tiles) or by 4 tiles either horizontally or vertically, left to right or right to left.
Anyone can shed light to my predicament? Or guide/point me to the right direction?
Many thanks in advance!
